Mettre sur le poele et porter a ebullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maintenant, il faut penser saveur. Ajoutons y 300 gr de pruneaux denoyautes, 300 gramme de canneberges sechees, et 6 clementines. Et recouvrir avec de la menthe sechee, moulue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser cuire a feux doux 3 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Extraire le jus de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une seconde casserole, ajouter epices et fines herbes: canelle, muscade, epices melangees indiennes, gingembre, sauce soya et vin rose(1\/4 de tasse). Maintenant, les viandes\u2026 les cubes de dinde, porc et agneau etaient tellement tendres, la chaire se detachait tout seul juste a la fourchette. Ma banque de donnees nutritionnelles porte maintenant sur 1018 produits<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prix paye hier:<br>Porc(desosse): 6.5$\/kilo<br>Dinde(desosse, sans peau): 24$\/kilo<br>Agneau(gigot New-Zeland): 16$\/kilo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Initialement, j&#8217;avais envisage faire un &#8220;pate&#8221;, une tourtiere genre Tourtiere du Lac-Saint-Jean, plat traditionnel au Quebec. Mais\u2026 les 3 viandes? et au final, a cause de la croute(la pate), j&#8217;ai choisi de le preparer comme un ragout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revision 1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cuisine est un endroit ideal pour experimenter un peu, pourvu que vous sachiez ce que vous faites, que vous vous souveniez de vos reussites, de vos echecs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le contenu des pates etant deja prepare, il s&#8217;agissait de preparer la pate\u2026 on trouve sur le marche de la pate toute preparee, il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;enfariner, de rouler et d&#8217;entendre dans l&#8217;assiette ou le plat. Une fois la premiere vraie difficulte(le contenu) resolue, cela n&#8217;a pas exiger un effort trop grand pour faire le saut. Le risque de l&#8217;echec ne coutait que 5.00$.
