It concludes that \u201cdirected, pulsed radiofrequency energy\u201d is \u201cthe most plausible mechanism\u201d for the illness reported by government personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The victims of these attacks\u2014it is not clear exactly how many people were affected\u2014have suffered from dizziness, fatigue, headaches, and loss of hearing, memory, and balance.
