J&#8217;ai essaye la recette de pain &#8220;baguettes&#8221;. A la difference des autres recettes de pain, celle-ci se fait en 2 etapes: Melange et levee dans le robot a pain, puis\u2026 cuisson au four a convection. Cela donne un pain moins lourd, moins riche. Au gout.. tres bon.
